Music awesome - venue security sucked. Might not go back.
The day of the concert online said 7pm start while original tickets said 7:30 start. Almost an hour early at 6:05, we were still there in the "chair" line because we had lawn seats. For security, we missed the 1st 40 minutes of the concert to move our short beach chairs without pockets past the metal gates. To get in, it took a total of an hour and 35 min - and no instructions on the website that long umbrellas with pointy ends were not allowed. We were drenched after the first 15 min in line as it literally down poured the ENTIRE 4 hour concert. Apparently security rules changed part way into the concert because some snotty chick came in and plunked her full sized lawn chairs and HUGE umbrella right in front of us and blocked us and 20-30 people behind her from seeing the last 3 hours of the concert. When I asked her to move, she told me to go get security. Could I find anyone then? NOT A SINGLE SECURITY PERSON to be found, plenty of people selling beer though. Good thing the music was amazing. I've been going there for over 30 years and had to sit in the rain plenty of times. It wouldn't have even bothered me this time except I got told no and waited when all I had to do was show up late and break the rules everyone else had to follow.
